About the Job:
This is a full-time Trial Attorney role at A Personal Injury Attorney Law Firm located in Greater Houston, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice. You will collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the best possible legal outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in the field of litigation
• Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Experience managing a caseload and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethics
