CIVIL RIGHTS TRIAL ATTORNEY

Dallas, Texas

What you’ll do:

  1. Trial Advocacy: Represent human beings in the courtroom: We Are Trial Lawyers.
  2. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases for our clients: No Substitute for Knowing Everything.
  3. Drafting and Filing Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents: The Written Word is Here to Stay.
  4. Court Appearances: Participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings: The Courtroom is the Arena.
  5. Client Communication: Maintain a close relationship with clients: We Represent Heros.
  6. Negotiation: Engage in settlement negotiations for fair value that represents minimum justice: We Are in Control.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our trial team to ensure the success of our clients' cases: Victory Loves Preparation.
  8. Continual Education: Attend regular cutting-edge trial advocacy workshops and state bar sponsored continuing legal education: We Live on the Edge.

What we’re looking for:

  • 0-5+ years of legal experience
  • Willingness to work as a team in the office
  • Comfortable working in Downtown Dallas
