Role Summary:

· Must have active TREC Inspector License. Must live in North Dallas Metroplex Area.

· Perform licensed professional home inspections that meet or exceed company and state requirements.

· Meet with clients and realtors either onsite or by phone.

· Daily completion of assignments including inspection, inspection report, uploading information, etc.

· Will travel to property locations as required by assignment in the Dallas Metroplex area.

· Be available for additional tasks and assignments which may include growth projects, presentations, meetings, etc.

Skills/Requirements:

· Must have active TREC Inspector License.

· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be detailed oriented and have excellent report writing skills.

· Ability to be flexible and “think on your feet”. Assignments and property conditions may change during process of inspection.

· Must be trainable, with ability to implement new skills and services. Ability to efficiently add new information and systems to work process.

· Must be physically able to perform tasks. Ability to lift heavy items and ability to access awkward locations (such as lifting ladder, accessing roofs, entering attic spaces, entering crawlspaces, removing equipment covers, etc.).

· Must have reliable and presentable transportation. Transportation must be able to carry equipment in a “protected” way to prevent theft (i.e. – interior of car, covered truck bed, etc.).

Pay: $30.00 per hour
