We are home detective specialists. We strive to provide detailed home inspection reports. Inspectors like many with today's technology will download Advent home inspection software. We will then assign home inspections to Inspectors. Once the inspection is scheduled it is available for the Inspector to download pre loaded residential template. Perform the inspection using phone or tablet completing 90% of report during the inspection. Once physical inspection is completed Inspector will transfer finished inspection to desktop or laptop to complete and load into system. We use Home Inspector Pro software so being familiar with this would be an advantage.
### Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in providing accurate and reliable reports to our clients. ### Duties: - Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including interior and exterior components - Evaluate the structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other essential features of the property - Utilize specialized tools and equipment to assess the condition of the property - Collect data and document findings during inspections - Analyze blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Identify any potential safety hazards or deficiencies in the property - Provide detailed reports outlining inspection findings and recommendations for repairs or improvements - Collaborate with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding the inspection process ### Requirements: - Proven experience as a Home Inspector or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction inspection techniques and practices - Proficient in data collection and analysis - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans - Excellent attention to detail and observational skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of quality control standards in the construction industry If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring the safety and quality of residential properties, we encourage you to apply for this position.
