Teravista Dentistry of Round Rock is seeking an experienced and licensed Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Texas Registered Dental Assistant license, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant, and a commitment to our core values.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Consultations:
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to discuss recommended treatments and procedures.
- Clearly explain treatment plans, costs, and insurance coverage to patients.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments based on treatment plans and patient preferences.
- Ensure efficient scheduling to optimize both patient and practitioner time.
- Insurance Verification:
- Verify insurance coverage and communicate details to patients.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and coverage.
- Financial Coordination:
- Collaborate with patients to develop financial arrangements and discuss payment options.
- Process payments and provide receipts as needed.
- Communication:
- Maintain open and effective communication with both patients and dental team members.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Record Keeping:
- Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and financial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Texas Registered Dental Assistant license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with dental software and office management systems.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
