The primary responsibility of this highly motivated and positive individual is to consult with patients and answer questions related to planning treatment and payment options while focusing on obtaining a high percentage of treatment acceptance from patients. The Treatment Coordinator ensures that patients receive a great experience and understand fully the treatment diagnosed by the doctor.
Key Tasks:

- Educating and discussing treatment plans with patients after having been diagnosed and reviewed by Doctor and clinical staff
- Presenting treatment plans and giving estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner
- Tracking of all outstanding treatment plans
- Explain, promote, and adhere to company payment policies and procedures
- Obtaining high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage and finance options
- Contacting patients prior to their appointment dates regarding fees and to confirm appointments
Requirements: - Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting
- Sales experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
