Our amazing team is in search of an experienced Patient Treatment Corrdinator who has the commitment and passion for treating patients and guests like a VIP, while creating a memorable experience at each and every visit.

This highly visible, front office position includes such responsibilities as:

• Providing exceptional patient service on the phone and in person
• Representing the practice with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Productively scheduling new & current patients
• Processing dental insurance
• Promoting the practice

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience:

• Professionalism, politeness and confidence
• An outgoing personality
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Proven math and computer skills
• Proficient with dental terminology and procedures
• Proficient in dental insurance processing
• Experience with Dentrix, or similar software
• 2 or more years experience in a private dental office

This is a FULL-TIME position, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm with no evenings or weekends. Our competitive compensation package also includes:
