SalaryGregg Orthodontics is searching for a Treatment Coordinator to add to our Wooster office! If you are an upbeat, organized individual and are searching for a lifelong career in a rewarding field - this position is for YOU! This person will be responsible for working alongside the doctors to coordinate orthodontic treatment for patients. You will also be responsible for building relationships with patients and their families, and proposing financial arrangements between patients and our office. Experience in sales or in the dental/orthodontic field is helpful but not necessary - we will provide on site training with or without experience!
Ideal candidates must possess the following skills; superior customer service, excellent written and verbal skills, the ability to multi-task and adapt to change, and must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment! You must be kind and approachable and have a strong passion to be a part of a team and work alongside others to achieve goals and create and maintain a wonderful experience for guests and your teammates!
