```Duties```MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MENTAL HEALTH
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the outpatient clinic
- Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical records and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
```Skills```
- Proficiency in dental office management systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with phone systems and handling patient inquiries or concerns
