The Opportunity:

Your role at Sephora... As our Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the Company’s cash management functions for the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and LGCS Inc. The individual will own all operational aspects of the company’s treasury functions and manage the elaboration of Budgets, Actuals, and Variance analyses for all business units. The position reports to the Senior Director of Treasury and oversees a team of one direct report and three subcontractors. Your responsibilities include:

• Treasury Operations. Coordinate cash flow forecasts and oversee liquidity management with the parent company. Coordinate cash pooling setups and banking configurations. Organize cash funding for all stores and oversee the store support functions. Document and train the team on treasury processes. Assist with filing of insurance claims and coordinate review meetings.

• 
  Consolidations and Reporting. Review quarterly reconciliations of Direct (actual) and Indirect (accounting) cash flows. Review annual and quarterly cash flow statement preparation as well as monthly and daily cash reporting.

• 
  Initiatives. Represent the Treasury function in companywide projects and initiatives. Produce and present cash reports and project overviews to executive leadership. Meet with bankers to identify and implement innovative solutions.

• 2-4 years’ treasury experience or similar experience.
• Software experience in Kyriba, Anaplan, and Advance Excel.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Growth mindset for continued improvement and efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,435.00 - $143,545.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
