Responsibilities:
- Manage our global cash management processes including, but not limited to, managing banking relationships, banking operations, cash flows across our entities, foreign exchange execution and cost optimization.
- Support maintenance of bank account structure, including bank signatories, banking resolutions.
- Know candidate Customer (KYC) documentation, bank users and banking portal.
- Implement controls and procedures for bank account access, payment approvals and provide recommendations to control structure.
- Develop and Implement Treasury policies, process, and controls.
- Prepare global cash forecasts leveraging automated solutions where possible.
- Work closely with FP&A to assist with FCF modeling.
- Lead the annual insurance renewal for all programs, as well as broker relationships and interactions.
- Identify and implement improvements related to banking, insurance, and ERP.
- Evaluate and enhance existing Treasury Management System.
- Review investment portfolio and liaise with the Company's investment managers in line with the Company investment policy.
- Assist with the management of intercompany relationships and settlements.
- Partner with other internal groups including Tax, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Business Development etc.
- Review FX exposure and implement programs to reduce volatility as needed.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in hands-on treasury operations role.
- Passion and curiosity for Technology - proven ability to leverage Technology to streamline processes.
- Be able to identify internal control weaknesses and implement solutions.
- Ability to prioritize work and scale operations at a growing global fast paced technology company.
- Self-starter with strong ethical standards.

- Strong understanding of Treasury Management Systems, online banking portals, Cash and Investment management.
