Summary

Reporting to the Director of Treasury, The Treasury Analyst is responsible for assisting with managing Indicor’s financial activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cash Position Management: Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity. Execute necessary transactions to address cash needs.
• eBanking Maintenance: Administer and maintain eBanking platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve any eBanking issues.
• Cash Flow Forecast and Liquidity Models: Regularly update and enhance cash flow forecasts and liquidity models. Provide insights into cash flow trends and fluctuations.
• Credit Card Issuance/Maintenance: Oversee the issuance and maintenance of corporate credit cards. Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Fraud Monitoring: Implement and monitor fraud prevention measures. Investigate and address any suspicious activities.
• Intercompany Wires: Facilitate and process intercompany wire transfers. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies.
• Repatriation Efforts: Contribute to repatriation efforts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Bank Portal Maintenance: Manage and update information on bank portals. Ensure access and permissions are appropriately configured.
• Other Reporting: Prepare and distribute various treasury-related reports. Collaborate with teams to address reporting needs.
• Business Unit Contact: Act as the main point of contact for business units regarding treasury matters. Address inquiries and provide support as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• IC Loan Maintenance: Administer intercompany loan activities, including documentation and compliance. Collaborate with teams to optimize intercompany financing.
• TMS Maintenance: Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of the Treasury Management System (TMS). Assist with system upgrades and enhancements.
• Automation Efforts: Drive initiatives to automate manual treasury processes for increased efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• FX Exposures: Assist in managing and mitigating foreign exchange exposures. Execute hedging transactions as needed.
• Cash Pool: Evaluate and implement cash pooling strategies to optimize liquidity. Ensure compliance with cash pooling regulations.
• Letter of Credit (LC) Maintenance: Oversee the issuance and maintenance of Letters of Credit. Coordinate with banks and stakeholders on LC requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in finance; treasury experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong accounting skills and understanding of corporate finance principles.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with software integration, especially in the context of treasury management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
