Sr Treasury Analyst

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a SR Treasury Analyst for a global manufacturer in Morrisville. This position is Hybrid, and the candidate would need to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The SR Treasury Analyst will be responsible for Capital Structure, debt compliance, risk management and banking relationships.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for modeling of optimal capital structure, credit profile, interest/currency and commodity risks, and stress scenario planning to support the long-term financing strategy of the company.
Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and forecasting of short term (seasonal) debt including support to the cash management treasury teams.
Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date repository of all debt agreements, including short term seasonal lines and monthly reporting of global net interest expense.
Responsible for global debt compliance process for all debt instruments, including centralized repository of key covenants, timeline planning, and underpinning RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix governance.
Support Assistant Treasurer on banking relationships, share of wallet fee analysis, rating agency process, and negotiations as part of ongoing/new debt agreement.
Ad-hoc support to treasury/finance team with financial reporting and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in corporate treasury, including capital markets transactions.
Solid understanding of corporate finance and risk management principles
Strong financial modeling skills, including 3 statement Long range planning.
Strong business acumen, multi-industry experience is a plus.
Familiar with visualization tools, PBI, Clik, etc..
Bloomberg, and capIQ knowledge preferred.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration and/or Finance
4-6+ years relevant corporate multination experience
