Job Description
The Treasury Analyst, Corp Desk, will be responsible for providing Treasury Operations and Banking support for the corporate entities of Travel + Leisure Co. Among other functions, the Treasury Analyst will be a key contributor to daily cash operations, managing wire transfer requests, as well as act as backup to the Senior Treasury Analyst on the Cash Desk. This position requires exceptional customer service skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.
How You'll Shine:
Wire Transfer Global Contact Point- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and inputting wire transfers accurately and timely; Act as a change agent for Treasury Operations, ensuring that payment requests are executed using the most efficient payment method, and in compliance with corporate treasury policy. Compiling monthly Corporate electronic payments metrics.
Bank Account Administration - Assist with processing the opening, modification and closing of approved bank accounts. This includes updating signers at the banks and within Kyriba Treasury Management System as well as setting up users in the banking portals and Kyriba. This also includes managing the static data, balance initialization and signatory information accurately and timely.
Reporting, Research and SOX audit support requests - Assist in providing ad-hoc and/or quarterly information regarding internal and external audits from other business unit requests and Banking KYC requests.
Assist with settlement of FX trades – Coordinate with FX trader, and act as primary FX trade confirmer in FXAll, maintain FX bank counterparty SSIs, apply instructions to trades, net trades, and generate monthly FX volume reports.
Bank Supply Requests and Deposits -Assist with the processing of bank supply requests and banking remote check deposits.
Provide regulatory compliance support for Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) and SOX testing support for cash and payments including cash confirmation requests.
Act as backup to the Senior Treasury Analyst on the Cash Desk.
Other duties as assigned by the Director, Treasury Operations.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year university or college in Finance, Business or Accounting.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification, a plus.
Well-organized and detail oriented with a priority to meeting deadlines.
Collaborative, with strong customer service orientation
Strong oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand complex transactions.
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Experience with processing wire transfer and ACH payments on online bank platforms and Treasury Management Systems is required (Kyriba, preferred).
Experience preparing and executing bank documentation.
Experience with online banking systems such as BOA CashPro and Wells Fargo CEO, JPM Access, required.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word skills
1-3 years Treasury/cash management or banking experience required, preferably in a corporate Treasury environment.
