The ideal candidate for this position is a Travel Technology guru with a deep understanding of GDS systems like Travelport, Worldspan, and Sabre. Additionally, you are familiar with mid-office automation, quality control systems, and various booking platforms.
Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in assisting users and ensuring their satisfaction. Collaborating with other team members and vendors, you will strive for timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements
- 3+ years travel industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Travel Technology systems (BookingBuilder Genie, Magnatech Ontrack, GDS Scriptwriting, etc)
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Worldspan, Sabre)
- Bachelor's degree or a related experience
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role
- Experience with mid-office automation and quality control systems
- Familiarity with various booking platforms (Travelport Cruise & Tour, SAP Concur, etc)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to remain organized
