Must Haves:
- A citizen of the U.S., Mexico, or Australia
- At least 18 years of age
- Computer and/or smartphone with reliable internet
- Comfortable with remote work and being self-sufficient
- Strong customer service/ hospitality skills
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge in navigating computer programs and booking engines
- Strong communicating and listening skills with the ability to ask for help and assistance when needed
- Attending live zoom meetings and recorded trainings as well
- A positive mindset! Ready to learn new things!
- Research, plan, and organize vacation packages to meet client desires
- Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
- Making accurate reservations for various bookings such as flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, vacation rental homes, theme park tickets, etc.
- Collecting and processing client payments in a secure fashion
- Keep up to date with travel industry trends, industry regulations, and destination updates
