- Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
- Collecting and processing client payments in a secure fashion
- Keep up to date with travel industry trends, industry regulations, and destination updates
- Time management
- Clear communication: written, spoken, and listening
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Sales and Marketing skills is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset is recommended
- Passion and knowledge for travel a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Citizen of the United States, Australia, or Mexico
- Smart phone or computer with reliable internet
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability to attend live and recorded trainings
- Maintain travel partner and vendor relationships
- Willing and ready to learn: coachable
