We are looking for a passionate individual whom loves the Hospitality Industry and the world of Tourism. We are Fronteras Del Norte a family owned bus line company and we sell bus line tickets to and from Los Angeles, San Diego, Northern California , Oregon and Washington. If you are familiar with greyhound then you absolutely understand our business. We cater mainly to a Latin Based market and thus Spanish is the main language our customers speak (must be fluent in Spanish).
Your Job will consist of :
Customer service both in person and over the phone. Customer Service must be #1 this is our bread and butter of our business.
Processing bus ticket sales both in person and over the phone must have cashier experience.
Greeting m customers and providing them with information on travel times and departures
Dispatching drivers and collecting boarding passes for scheduled runs
Calling drivers and getting updates on their estimated times of arrival
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
