Transportation Supervisor
Location: Greensboro, NC

Overview:
The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of transportation operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team of drivers and logistics personnel. The Transportation Supervisor will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining high safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor transportation staff including drivers, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards governing transportation operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any transportation-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to transportation operations, including accidents, delays, and compliance issues.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
