Job Title: Transportation Coordination with Continuous Opportunities for Growth!
A Day in the Life as a Transportation Coordination:
- Responsible for a set of drivers and vendors, with the primary objective of ensuring timely deliveries, along with providing excellent customer service to the receivers.
- This will include communicating with salesmen about delivery of equipment and following up to ensure highest possible customer experience.
- Making operational, revenue and dispatch decisions based on best available information at the time.
- Coordinating the information from salesmen to the drivers to include shipment details.
- Communicating issues to salesmen and drivers.
