JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates the shipping and logistics efforts for the Trenton warehouse. Monitors sales orders, print picks, communicate with customers via ship portals and creates ship documentation. Coordinates with inbound and outbound carriers, processes sales returns, backorders, contests chargebacks, and ensures all customer service issues are handled in a concise and timely fashion.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:

• Must have good math and computer skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• A self-starter with initiative and proven willingness to assume ownership for areas of responsibility.
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly and independently.
• Strong inter-personal communication and employee relations skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• HS or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience beneficial.

Computer and Shipping Platform Experience Preferred
