Loyola Medicine has a great opportunity for a Transition to Practice Implementation Specialist to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
The Transition to Practice Implementation Specialistis a nursing professional development practitioner who serves as primary learning facilitator, mentor and advocate for Transition to Practice programs at Loyola Medicine. The TTP Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation of the nurse residency, nurse fellowship, preceptor, mentorship and C.N.A. programs in order to positively impact nursing retention, wellbeing and ongoing professional development as a Loyola nurse for life. The TTP Implementation Specialist facilitates enculturation of Transition to Practice programs across the division of nursing to ensure adequate resources and support of associated programs. The Transition to Practice Implementation Specialist evaluates the content, implementation practices of the Transition to Practice programs and provides feedback to manager and director for process improvement. The Transition to Practice Implementation Specialist assists with data collection and interpretation of data related to programmatic metrics to support return on investment for TTP programs. The Transition to Practice Implementation Specialist assists in organizational and department initiatives as related to ongoing maintenance of specialty designations, regulatory requirements for Transition to Practice programs.
