Job Description:
1. Pension administration experience (not call center and not actuarial) - ideally they have completed manual pension calculations, processed returned election forms for setting up payments, and loaded pension data into a system.
2. Implementation experience - understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind
3. Testing experience - knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles - creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all break-points, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.
4. Project Manager experience for System Migration projects
5. Good verbal communication, asks effective questions, picks up things quickly
