We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our Integrations team! This includes set up of accounts, training of staff and managers on the use of the product via Zoom, and monitoring the account until it is through the trial period. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) who's able to earn our clients' trust. Knowledge of restaurants and how they operate is a bonus! This is a hybrid position located near our Royal Oak, MI or Chicago, IL office. Candidates MUST be located in/near the area.
Responsibilities:
- Understand complex client questions
- Identify clients needs and help them use specific features
- Setup of account - establishing integrations with POS and payroll where applicable
- Provide remote training via Zoom
- Competency configuring the modules within Teamwork
- Educating the end-user on Teamwork reporting
- Successfully scheduling trainings to align with the customer's go-live date
- Logging notes and tracking progress throughout implementation
- Monitoring the health of your accounts and hand-off to customer success
- All efforts result in successful usage of the product by client
Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience with restaurant operations
- 1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity)
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Service
- Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box
- Proven ability to convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman's terms
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
- Experience implementing, training, and/or supporting POS a plus
- Innately love and care for others, and are driven to see clients and team members succeed.
- Ability to maintain professionalism amidst a vast range of client personalities.
- Ability to work as a team, with a supportive, creative, solution-minded disposition.
- Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Salesforce or related CRM experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation:
- Our base pay range starts at $18-$20/hr for this role
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
