Job Summary: In this position, you will support and maintain the operations of the IRA Department, including following up with other institutions and customers. This position is also responsible for providing quality customer service for various types of inquiries when necessary to our clients. Applicants will also manage the customer experience while inputting customer information into the system. You will communicate with customers about any questions they may have on the process or the status of their accounts and applications.

Job Duties:
· Reviews documentation and processes outgoing transfers, distributions, conversions, rollovers, and In-kind transactions accurately in accordance with government regulations and bank policies and procedures.
· Review client profiles to ensure information is accurate and complete.
· Provide exceptional customer service to customers regarding account clarification, details, status on an incoming or outgoing transaction(s), and any account update(s).
· Talks with third party vendors for processing of accurate documentation.
· Manage a multi-line telephone system.
· Manages client communication through multiple email boxes, internal client messaging center, and along with necessary phone meetings when requested.
· Accurately completes department administrative duties (ex. Faxing, mailing, filing, etc.)
· Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing asset transfer transaction(s) accurately in accordance with bank and governmental policies to ensure proper procedures are followed.
· Verify documents provided by customer/provider.
· Manage and navigate multiple programs to accomplish daily tasks.
· Complete company trainings to learn bank policies and to maintain bank compliance regulations.
· Follow up with customers or other custodians via call or email on transfers and rollovers that funds have not been received for.
· Process any transfer rejections from other custodians, notify customers of rejections, and assist with getting the transfer resent.
· Download funding documents from various programs.
· Assist in reviewing and completing in-kind transfers from other custodians.

- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer operation knowledge
- Proficient skills with Office 365 programs (ex. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maximum productivity
- Ability to recognize, identify, analyze, and evaluate data with various programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management both verbally and in writing.
- Follow policies and procedures while maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to work both with a team and independently
Hours Monday- Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
