The successful applicant will support Trait Machine Cell Biology Production operations and development of a high throughput cell culture platform supporting its patented gene editing technologies. This position will play a significant role in building and implementing a vision of a robust, scalable cell biology processes for gene editing production platform by participating on a multi-disciplinary team focused on the development, validation, and implementation of a high-throughput gene editing process.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Contribute to the development and validation of Tech Transfer SOPs.
· Manage own tasks and assignments as directed by immediate supervisor.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental data and results.
· Apply working knowledge of scientific principles to execute tasks and procedures related to Tech Transfer activities.
· Provide input and influence project direction through active participation and contribution to team discussions and meetings.
· Contribute innovative ideas and recommend the future direction of work to supervisors.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and milestones.
· Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
· Proactively communicate and provide updates to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
· Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, aseptic techniques and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
