Responsibilities
The TPM (Training Program Manager) is responsible for planning and executing successful Training Programs through our Spring, Fall and Winter Training. This includes both the planning and logistics of weekly training events as well as laying out a complete and detailed plan for entire Training Programs from a higher level. The TPM will work within the Fleet Feet Cincinnati Leadership Team to accomplish these tasks. This position organizes the Training Programs in every aspect in terms of logistics, participant happiness and complete program organization, it's baseline expectations include but are not limited to:
• Leading the strategy for each program's focus, timeline, and goals • Managing all customer-facing questions, emails, refunds, registration issues etc.
• Plan each week's group run, clinics, sponsor events, and large
training events like the 20:12 in April
• Produce weekly Training Program email newsletters
• Produce weekly Training Program routes, water stop logistics and Pace Group Leader coordination
• Recruit new Training Program participants through lunch & learns, Heart Mini Company Kick offs and general word of mouth promotion • Communicating all Training Program details to the team so that there is alignment between Training Programs, in-store sales/stories and social media.
• Orchestrating and planning each Training Program from a high level during pre-season planning. This includes potential sponsor meetings, vendor meetings and internal planning sessions
• Keep track and manage the Training Program budget (yearly and per program) that the owner will provide as well as other Training Program related numbers and metrics
Compensation:
You will start at $15/hr with a weekly time commitment of 15-20 hours a week
Org Chart:
The Training Program Manager reports to the Director of Marketing & Events.
