Training Coordinator

Advanced Medical is a supplier of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physician offices and home care/hospice settings. Due to continued growth we are in need of a Training Coordinator to join our team.

The Training Coordinator will coordinate and administer arrangements and logistics related to training programs. In addition, the Training Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Training department and hew hire on-boarding.

Training Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Distribute training assignments, ensure approvals, distribute invitations and reminders to participants.
• Ensure participants complete required pre- and post- class work and/or tests.
• Assist with training registration requests.
• Track and maintain employee training records in system.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly new hire orientation: prepare room and materials, coordinate speakers/videos, present company information and address questions.
• Coordinate bi-monthly tours and quarterly "mixers".
• Connect new hires with needed resources and address their questions.
• Administer new hire and hiring manager surveys regarding recruiting and on-boarding process and compile reports.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office suite for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (e-mail).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience with learning management system administration is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,140.00 - $70,404.00 per year
