POSITION SUMMARY:
The Training Coordinator is the process owner for all Training of new and existing employees to include temporary employees. Specifically, the Training Coordinator is responsible for creating, updating, and implementing training materials using quality management system. The Training Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating and maintaining all employee training files/records to meet on time training standards. The Training Coordinator will conduct in person training for both new onboarding as well as annual training requirements. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating existing training content for existing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Create and Manage Training Files/Records for all employees/temporary employees.
- Provide training to new and existing employees/temporary employees as required.
- Provide annual training for all employees.
- Track and perform training for all employees/temporary employees to ensure on time completion.
- Review and update training plans to align with employee positions.
- Review and update training materials to align with standard operating procedures.
- Review and update documentation to align with processes on the production floor to include process guides and routers/bill of materials.
- Review and update training to align with work instructions.
- Work with supervisors and area managers for training and documentation updates as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful completion of four years of high school, or equivalent.
- Six months minimum of experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Demonstrated excellent (written and verbal) communication and effective human interaction skills.
- Is flexible to change, possess a high degree of integrity, and operates with a "can do attitude".
- Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
- Has the ability to receive and provide instructions with a positive manner.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
