POSITION OVERVIEW

In support of the Department Air Force (DAF) Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) Field Support Unit (FSU), this position will provide professional Training and Development services. DAF RCO-FSU offers unique capabilities and resources to support the U.S. Government and DoD Agencies in exploring technology concepts and to help resolve other technology challenges.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in administering an organization-wide training program for the DAF RCO-FSU
• Schedule, monitor, track, and report statistics on mandatory Government Training and mentoring events and classes for Government personnel.
• Administratively prepare for organizational developmental training, monitor, track, and report on Government developmental training tasking
• Coordinate government training requests and requirements for Government personnel
• Administratively support the DAF RCO-FSU Human Resource Office on developing career training plans for Government employees.
• Support the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP), Intelligence Analyst (IA) Certifications, and other required certifications for the DAF RCO-FSU by assisting in identifying qualifications and processing certification applications.
• Maintain and reconcile local certification databases and other applicable records.
• Provide information on Continuous Learning Program (CLP) requirements for APDP in the Learning Management systems and other required systems for IA or other certifications.
• Assist as needed with picking up, sorting, and delivering incoming mail from the Official Mail Center (OMC).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working with DoD training programs.
• 2+ years of experience in the development of career training plans.
• Ability to track 100+ training records.
• Knowledge of the Acquisition Professional Development Program and Intelligence Analyst Certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of experience.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems.
