The Human Resources Intern works directly with all functions of the HR department to support the team and become an expert in the field.

Job Details:

What you'll do:

* Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings

* Gain exposure to the day-to-day functions and strategy of the Training department including training design & development, training delivery, learning management systems, training logistics, and general training support

* Build relationships, make connections and network with professionals and your peers

* Share creative ideas that will help improve our business

* Assist in creating and exporting reports, analyze data and summarize information

* Assist in creating training materials for a variety of delivery methods

* Send out communications, respond to phone calls/e-mails and overall provide support to employees regarding training needs

* Complete a human resources related project and present final product to senior leadership

Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Training, Human Resources or related field

* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
