Baseline Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
  • Preferred Graduation Year: 2025

Business Development Intern
Industry Partner Sales Executive (iPSE)
This internship offers a comprehensive insight into the sales operations of Siemens Digital Industries. The intern will be involved in sales and marketing tasks, promoting Siemens solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive Business Development and target account identification.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Development Executives, Channel Management, Channel Partners, and internal sales operations.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Tableau, and POET to identify and develop target account lists.
  • Conduct outbound activities to engage targeted contacts with specific messages.
  • Participate in industry campaigns including Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Medical Device, Consumer Products, and Heavy Equipment.

Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Keen interest in understanding and promoting digital industry solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 to $50.00 for technical roles or $18.00 to $44.00 for non-technical positions. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
