Reports to: Training Manager
Purpose:
The Training Administrator manages role-based training administration, reporting, and analytics. This position supports role-based training via learning experience platform curriculum build, assignment, management, and tracking. This position creates and shares reports and learning analytcis with key stakeholders. The Training Administrator manages work process documents, updates, assignments, and tracking, as well as support accreditation and audit activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manages role-based training experiences and curricula in the learning experience platform to maximize functionality, including configuration and reporting.
- Manages learning experience platform role assignments, and data integrity for record keeping.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities within the tool to enhance the user experience.
- Creates comprehensible, easily accessible training reports and analytics within and outside of the learning experience platform.
- Consults and advises training managers on program setup within the system following best practices to achieve program goals.
- Provides technical support to learners and administrators.
- Assists with audits and accreditations.
- Manages work process document assignment and tracking.
- Accepts direction from and communicates effectively with Leadership regarding various elements of training.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in educational technology, instructional design, or similar.
Business Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience platform or learning management systems administration.
- Experience creating learning reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations to program administration.
- Excellent technical acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focused orientation delivering an outstanding level of service.
- Proactive in their approach of identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Articulate experience.
- Cornerstone experience.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. When in-office this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and communications via MS Teams.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and see a computer screen.
