Trainer/Facilitator -Automotive

Job Summary

AIM Group LLC is a holding of Vehicle Accessory Group (VAI), a leading manufacturer of automotive accessories to OEM manufacturers. Our clients include some of the largest automotive OEMs, Dealers, and Dealer Groups. We partner with world-class companies bringing subject matter expertise to any project.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the professional delivery and installation of retail accessory sales services and solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining existing accounts and business relationships with assigned new vehicle franchised dealerships and OEM regional and national field organizations. We are looking for motivated, results-driven candidates who can work in the field with minimal supervision and are able to travel for up to 60% of their time. This full-time position includes benefits.

Job Duties

• Maintaining business relationships with dealers through consistent visits, follow-ups, and regular consultations.
• Delivering dealership staff training on accessory sales skills, products, and services.
• Completing timely and comprehensive dealer action plans that support implementation of best practices and quality services.
• Submitting periodic field progress reports
• Facilitating training curriculum in small and large groups, in person or virtual led training.

Job Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Extensive knowledge of retail dealership operations; experience with the Toyota and Lexus brands is a plus.
• Ability to understand, establish, and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI.

Education/Experience

• At least 7-10 years’ experience in Automotive Sales/Service/Parts is a MUST.
• Facilitation experience preferred.
• Experience as an OEM dealer contact (field representative) is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
