We are seeking a Senior Project Development Planner to assist senior management in planning and managing the delivery of our projects. The position will have a broad remit and requires someone who is flexible, highly inquisitive and absolutely loves to learn.

You will be invovled in the planning and implementation of what are globally transformational logistics, clean energy, and industrial development projects. We are building next-gen logistics corridors and industrial hubs, we think of this as the industrial city of the future. Planning will range from broad/conceptual to highly detailed project element planning.
You are creating the template and launching the model for the "industrial city of the future". A successful candidate will have a uniquely strong background in creating and managing large-scale property and planning project plans in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will be an organized and strategic thinker. This is not a traditional land-use planning role, rather it is a position that will include applied land-use, and also applied logistics, clean energy and industrial development infrastructure planning. You will be coordinating planning of multi-faceted projects, through the early stages of layout, and cost estimations. Familiarity with working in/around civil engineers is an important plus.
Beyond physical planning, you will have a strong desire to bring and develop your knowledge of technical areas such as vehicle mobility/autonomy, data networks, and clean energy infrastructure. Experience or knowledge in these areas is a major plus.
The position will also be involved in a cross-section of areas that are necessary to support the success of our projects, including supporting capital raising for our projects. This will include company-wide efforts around production of investment and grant proposals.
The successful candidate should be familiar with the standard operating procedures used in our company and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- To be extraordinarily collaborative.

- Generate master project schedules and establish and implement project milestones.
- Ensure all deliverables are met upon time and as expected.
- Monitor and oversee project schedule.
- Coordinate interactions with local communities regarding planning, engineering, traffic, environmental approvals, etc.
- Work collaboratively and coordinate actions with external planning/engineering.
- Plan for project delivery according to company policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
