As a Total Rewards and Payroll Coordinator, you will be a key partner to HR generalists, employees, and leaders, providing outstanding service to help attract and retain the right talent to build teams that will achieve our business goals. Major Areas of Accountability
- Provide outstanding support and service to HR partners, leaders, and internal employees by responding timely to questions and helping to resolve complex issues.
- Support the payroll process, ensuring employees are being paid correctly, entering new employees in the system and removing them as needed to ensure data integrity standards are followed.
- Provide backup support to execute the full payroll process as needed.
- Partner closely with Finance and other key partners to provide needed reporting.
- Complete audits such as compensation, EC-ADP, payroll, PTO, etc., and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
- Provide back-up support to the rest of the HR Operations Team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- 3+ years payroll experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and sensitivity in working with and maintaining confidential information.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills. Comfortable working with computers and shows an openness to learning new systems.
- Solutions oriented and organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrates strong initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with people at all levels.
- Demonstrates ability to be a team player and work on a cross-functional diverse team.
- Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, manage workload and take direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or another related field
- Experience with SuccessFactors and ADP.
