Develops and administers all benefit and compensation programs designed to attract and retain employees. Ensure benefits programs remain within budgetary constraints while meeting the needs of our diverse population. Monitors trends and provides recommendations for improvements. Creates policies and initiatives to ensure benefits programs follow all legal and organizational rules and guidelines.
Additionally, the incumbent is tasked with guiding the operations for the organization's HRIS software and ensuring the company's employee data meets data protection requirements.
The incumbent will also be responsible for streamlining processes across HR (Human Resources) and the organization, working closely with internal and external constituents, and developing measurable and effective metrics.
All About The Role
- Sets the strategy for Total Rewards to provide the organization benefit options that both attract and retain top talent and positions the organization as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices, and trends within the industry.
- Lead efforts to ensure Endeavor's Total Rewards meet the diverse needs of our employees.
- Responsible for all benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life and disability and others with respect to plan design, budget, and employee support.
- Lead the collaboration with our broker and vendors to ensure that benefit plans are performing as expected and within budget specifications.
- Supports the HRIS implementation to Dayforce and team going forward to ensure that HR and Payroll systems meet the needs of our employees, leaders, and HR teams.
- Responsible for developing and building Endeavor's Total Rewards brand, while working closely with the communications department for overall Endeavor branding alignment.
- Ensure services, policies and processes comply with company, professional standards and state and federal laws and regulations.
- Responsible for overall leadership of the benefits, compensation and HRIS teams ensure the team continues to have a growth mindset to be the premier regional airline.
- Continuous measurement and improvement of process through metric collection, analysis, trending, and goal setting.
- Preparation and managing the HR budget with the VP HR and other HR leaders.
- Collaborates with the HR Leadership team to ensure connection across groups.

All About You
- Requires a BA/BS or MA/MS in HR, finance or related business field or commensurate experience.
- 10 years' experience working in human resources in a benefit, compensation and HRIS function preferred.
- Positive leadership experience required.
- Strong process and operational background.
