Tosa: Instructional Coach

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District (FUESD) is accepting applications for Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) Instructional Coach for the 2023-2024 school year.
DETAILS FOR THE INSTRUCTIONAL COACH RECRUITMENT AND APPLICATION:

• APPLICATION DEADLINE: Until Filled
• SITE: Potter Jr. High
• LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 183-Day Certificated Calendar, Plus 10 additional workdays w/supervisor's approval for TOSA Stipend.
• WORK SCHEDULE: 7.0 hours/day
• BENEFITS: The benefits package includes employee and dependent health, dental, and vision benefits and paid sick leave.
• SALARY: Certificated Salary Schedule - 183 Day, plus TOSA Stipend (10 additional workdays)
• REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Experience working with students served in categorical program(s). A completed online application is required to be considered.
• REQUIRED CREDENTIAL: Valid Clear or Level II California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and CLAD/English Learner or Bilingual: Spanish (BCLAD/BILA) Authorization and at least three (3) years of teaching experience.

Please describe your pedagogical knowledge, content expertise, and interpersonal capabilities that qualify you for the position of Instructional Coach with FUESD.
