SalaryScanning Clerk/Weekend Receptionist position available for hire at Toyota Pasadena:
Scanning Duties include:
- Prepare documents for scanning by organizing and straightening pages, removing staples and other bindings, cutting, taping, and sifting through pages.
- Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended.
Weekend Receptionist Duties include:
- Answers all incoming calls, determines purpose of call and transfers calls
- Handles caller's inquiries when possible
- Takes adequate messages
- Other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements:
- Friendly & professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
- Responsible and accountable
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
Schedule:
- Flexible hours during the week
- Saturday 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday 10:00am – 7:00pm
