We recently were acquired by Compass, Florida's largest Real Estate brokerage. We are looking for an experienced post-closer to join our growing team and assist with the processing and post-closing work for our residential and commercial Real Estate transactions. We ranked in the top 30 out of 3,500 law firm/title companies with our underwriter over the last couple years and continue to grow rapidly.
Applicant must be organized, proactive, able to handle many tasks at once and work as part of a team. Salary is competitive and negotiable. Position is for our Ft. Lauderdale office. Health insurance, vision and dental benefits and 401k (match) are offered in addition to lucrative monthly bonuses.
Job Requirements Include:
- Scan and organize documents after closing;
- Upload documents for e-recording using Simplifile;
- Schedule wires and cut checks for disbursements; and
- Mail out checks and title insurance policies to the proper parties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
