Role Description
This is a full-time role that will support both the Real Estate department as well as the Probate department.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate introduction letters to client
- Prepare final title policy
- E-Record documents
- Data entry
- Assist Closers with their Pre/Post-closing needs.
- Adhere to lender and other investor delivery policies and procedures
- Collect and follow up with all requests made on files
- Prepare logs, update records, calendar contract dates, and deadlines
- Review and verify that all proper compliance documents are in the file
- Pursue cross-training of other integral parts of team, including assisting with closings
- Case Management: importing documents into document management system
- Learn/develop technical proficiency in database use and management; internet/electronic research; and project folder/electronic file maintenance
- Create maintain and organize existing files
- Assist paralegals w/overflow duties
- Miscellaneous duties as required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of operations or administrative experience. Preferably pre and post-closing experience or have worked within law firm environment.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish daily duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- This position requires keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight time constraints
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required
- Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize workload, and adjust to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
