Responsibilities for Title Clerk
The ability to work well with other team members
Opens sorts and routes incoming mail
Providing support to the Title Department by reviewing surveys, updating commitments, conversion of title commitments, and other customer service responsibilities as needed
Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV
Ensure that name and address filed are updated on an ongoing basis
Inventory data entry and submission
Maintain knowledge of DMV laws and regulations as related to vehicle titles
Recommend new customer services and procedures to the Office Manager
Maintain all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety
Make sure all area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety
Process customer titles in and out of state
Work with department lead to clear problem titles
Delivery Runner
Delivers DMV Forms and Paperwork to file with DMV
- Process license receipts
- Must be able to transfer new/used titles
- Automotive Title Clerk will perform other duties as assigned
- Submit vehicle contracts and required documents to lenders
- The ability to work well with other team members
- Experience working with Windows based computer programs
- Reconcile schedules weekly
- Actively research any outstanding issues that prevent you from completing any of the above
Qualifications for Title Clerk
- Title experience required and Requires office skills including personal computers
- An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in a team setting
- Must be able to work overtime schedule as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
