Title Clerk

Job Overview:
Don Herring Mitsubishi Plano is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our accounting team as a Title Clerk. Monday through Friday 7AM-4PM

Duties:

• Processes vehicle titles with precise accuracy
• Researches vehicles titles and resolves issues in a timely manner
• Meets company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues
• Understands and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines
• Consistently responds to customer inquiries and request in a professional manner within company timelines
• Maintain good communication relations with the sales and office managers

Requirements:

• 2+ years auto title process experience
• Knowledge of department of transportation documentation requirements
• A valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer attitude and skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand urgency and work under strict deadlines
