As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to title processing and ensuring the accuracy of real estate documents. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
```Duties:```
- Process and review real estate documents, including titles, deeds, and mortgages
- Conduct research to verify property ownership and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of property transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely completion of title processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist in the preparation of closing documents and coordinate closings with all parties involved
- Stay updated on current real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
```Requirements:```
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data
- Knowledge of real estate law and title processing procedures
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
