Title Clerk

Chesaco RV is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team at the Hamburg, PA location.

Responsibilities:
- Process and review title documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct research to verify property ownership and resolve any title issues
- Prepare and submit title applications to appropriate agencies
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the title transfer process
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to title transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all title documents and transactions

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and title processing procedures
- Proficiency in using GIS (Geographic Information System) software for property research
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze complex documents
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
