- Support in the development of the long-term Strategy for defined plants related to production volume, tire segments and required technologies
- Sourcing of new articles under consideration of technical, logistical and sales aspects, as well as check and balance versus plant capacities with focus on local sourcing
- Prepare and Lead Plant Allocation Meetings for defined plants
- Steering of the strategy within the Rolling Investment and Capacity Planning (RICP) process for the next 3 to 5 years
- Initiate Transfers between plants for sourcing flexibility between plants to assure an optimal market availability
- Perform RICP planning meetings in the plants and support of the coordination with central functions
- Continuous review of structural capacities (w.r.t. LT, 4x4, SSR, Seal / Silent, etc.) and Complexity
- Active participation in SOP meetings for defined plants
- PLM Tool Maintenance (Product Life Cycle Mgmt.) for defined plants and relevant tasks
- Initiation of production mold orders for the plants based on article volume and continuous capacity utilization review with Plants and Supply Chain Operations (SCO)
- Mold FC planning for the current year and budget release for 1st mold orders
- Team member in R&D projects, working groups and Task Forces
- Coordination and execution of Phase out of discontinued products
BASIC:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5+ years of related Supply Chain professional experience
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in teams within an international environment
- Willingness to travel as required for RICP/Allocation/Strategy/Training meetings, up to 20% when needed
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED:
- 5-7+ years of related professional experience
- Experience in the area of Supply Chain / Manufacturing
- Manufacturing Plant experience (Plant Operation, Product Industrialization and/or Production, Industrial Engineering)
- SAP BW / SCORE - system experience
- Product Industrialization / Development R&D experience
- Power BI experience
- Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineer and/or relevant field
