We are seeking an entry-level Sourcing Specialist for a hybrid position that supports both our recruitment efforts and facilitates New Hire onboarding with some HR duties. Working closely with site Operations Managers, this incumbent will source, identify, and pipeline Security Officers with specific certifications and licensing. Working directly with our HR team, he/she will assist in the onboarding of the Security Officers including processing paperwork, ordering uniforms and Officer safety equipment/supplies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years high volume sourcing experience
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment required.
- Must be SLED knowledgeable (I.e. SLED forms, timelines, and processing).
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week.
- Minimal travel to various client sites within the region.
