MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking aStrategic Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Spartanburg, SC. The individual will work with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and talent sourcing representatives to find employees, attract qualified employees and match them to jobs. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent – using research tools, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources
  • Identify, screen and present top talent to hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance including posting, interviewing, pre and post hire employment documentation & background verification
  • Oversee the ATS administration and leverage the system to identify and recruit the best candidates
  • Schedule phone screenings and onsite interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Advise and assist hiring managers with recruitment process – including use of the ATS, interviewing and new employee on-boarding best practices
  • Support acquisition new employee integration
  • Coordinate the new hire on-boarding program
  • Support employees with any HR related questions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years experience Human Resources or equivalent degree
  • Desire to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Service first DNA and commitment to providing a positive candidate/employee experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with hiring managers, prospects, applicants, employees, colleagues and external partners
  • Strong skills in use of computers using MS software, web-based applications and automated HRIS systems
