Overview:

VTG is expanding its Marketing Team and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Timeshare Marketing Specialist to join us. This exciting opportunity involves extensive travel to some of the country's largest events, where you'll market travel packages for leading resort companies. The ideal candidate will have previous Timeshare Marketing experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Marketing:

   • Represent VTG at major events across the country, promoting travel packages for renowned Resort Companies.
   • Engage with event attendees, generate leads, and effectively communicate the unique offerings of our resort partners.

2. Travel Package Promotion:

   • Develop and implement marketing strategies to showcase travel packages, emphasizing the value and benefits to potential customers.
   • Collaborate with Resort Companies to align marketing efforts with their brand messaging and objectives.

3. Lead Generation:

   • Utilize your Timeshare Marketing expertise to generate high-quality leads and drive customer interest in vacation ownership opportunities.
   • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales funnel.

4. Earning Potential:

   • Maximize your earning potential with a performance-based compensation structure, offering a competitive pay ranging from $60,000 to $120,000 based on experience and results.

5. Travel Requirements:

   • Travel is a significant component of this role, with an expectation of up to 50% of the year. Attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent VTG and our Resort partners.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Timeshare Marketing is essential.
• Proven success in event marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively, meeting the demands of a dynamic events calendar.
