As a Senior Specialist Technical Business Manager, you will be instrumental in blending creativity with technical and organizational prowess to enhance our department's efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in graphic design and data analysis but also possesses a deep understanding of technology and the ability to communicate complex concepts in accessible ways.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage scheduling, organize and prepare for meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for company executives. Assist in prioritizing emails and respond in a timely manner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visual stories using tools like Adobe In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator, alongside Microsoft PowerPoint, to create impactful presentations.
- Communication: Assist Chief of Staff with drafting, reviewing, and sending communications within and on behalf of the organization, upholding brand guidelines and creating well-thought-out presentations.
- Technical Simplification: Simplify technical documents for non-technical audiences, ensuring complex information is understandable and accessible.
- Compliance and RIM: Act as the primary Lead Record Agent (LRA) & Direct Record Agent (DRA) for Records and Information Management (RIM), maintaining compliance and accuracy in documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to analyze data, maintain discretion, and manage sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical content.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Experience within a technical organization with a basic understanding of technology concepts.
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
- Self-starter
Nice to Have:
- Multimedia Design and Development: Create and design various materials as videos, sound bytes, and websites. This includes using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and web design tools.
- Video Production and Editing: Create compelling video content for marketing and internal communication purposes. This includes story boarding, filming, and post-production editing.
- Sound Editing: Develop and edit sound bytes, background music, and other audio content for multimedia projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days office presence. This role is only available at the posted locations. Remote work is not available.
Our Sr Specialist Tech Business Management, earns between $77,800.00-$116,800.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
